FIFA World Cup  was founded in 1930. FIFA named Uruguay as the host country of the inaugural World Cup tournament. After 19 tournaments the 2014 cup marks the 2oth year for FIFA. Brazil, is hosting the event this year, and have already picked up a win against Croatia with a 3-1 final score on Thursday, June 12. 

The United States is set to take on Ghana Monday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m. local time according the World Cup main website. The FIFA’s main websites has an interactive element that allows fans to vote on their pick to win each match up.
