Florence + The Machine, an English indie rock band that formed in London in 2007 has just released a short film with ‘Queen of Peace’ and ‘Long & Lost’ from their latest chart topping record How Big How Blue How Beautiful.

This ten-minute short film, which begins with ‘Queen of Peace’ and transitions into ‘Long & Lost,’ tells the next chapters in Florence’s Odyssey that begun with the release of How Big How Blue How Beautiful 5 months ago with ‘What Kind Of Man.’

Currently guests can watch the latest installment with NPR First Watch here.

The series of videos puts a spotlight on the concept of extending music videos past the 3-5 average minutes of storytelling. It gives space to the idea of creating a series of work to tell the story being told in the music.

This marks the band’s third record, and their first #1 release in the United States. Over the summer Florence + The Machine has continued to steal main events worldwide. Her energy and undying passion marks the characteristics of a legend.

This fall this band continues the tour with stops at Austin City Limits as a headliner, select U.S. dates this fall, with stops including two nights at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl, a further two nights at Berkeley’s Greek Theatre and an appearance at Seattle’s Key Arena.
