Bob Weir is setting out to tour in 2017 with the Campfire Band.

Recently, the LOCKN’ Music Festival announced that Bob Weir is scheduled to perform with the Campfire Band, as well as with Phil Lesh and company on stage.

In 2016, Weir released Blue Mountain with a collection of musicians. He toured with the material on a ‘Campfire Tour’ during the end of last year.

This year Weir keeps it fresh by touring with Aaron Dessner, Bryan Devendorf, Scott Devendorf, Josh Kaufman, Steve Kimock and Jon Shaw.

Steve Kimock performed the lapsteel guitar on Blue Mountain, and will be touring with The Campfire Band in 2017.

The tour has recently added dates in Dallas, Austin, Mobile, and New Orleans.
