Twenty fifteen has been a big year for technology once again.

Following the recent Paris Climate Summit hosting world leaders coming together to agree on moving away from fossil fuels, and transferring energy development to renewable technology has been one of the biggest changes in the political climate this decade.

The Guardian recently reviewed trends in 2015 focused on solar and wind technology, as well as air and water purifiers.

In addition to renewable technology making headlines this year, the streaming data empire has continued to grow online.
