Greensky Bluegrass, Blackberry Smoke and +45 Artists
Deep Roots Mountain Revival Festival is hosting a three day music event with Greensky Bluegrass, Jamey John and +45 artists performing from September 15-18 at the scenic grounds of Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, West Virginia.
The festival announced the daily schedule for performing acts.
Melvin Seals and the JGB will kick off the event on Thursday with his soulful expression of music. On Friday, the festival hosts Greensky Bluegrass, Shooter Jennings, and a wide range of live entertainment.
Leftover Salmon, Blackberry Smoke and Ricky Skaggs will be performing on Saturday. Jamey Johnson will be closing down the event on Sunday.
Each day of music will feature acoustic-driven artists. It will blend traditional artists from bluegrass, folk and rock and also feature alternative forms of more contemporary artists.
Blackberry Smoke, Leftover Salmon, The David Grisman Sextet, Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder.
Additional acts include: Corey Smith, Love and Theft, Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, Shooter Jennings with Waymore’s Outlaws, a special set with Cabinet Melvin Seals & JGB Rising Appalachia, Fruition, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Rumpke Mountain Boys, Cris Jacobs Band, Zach Nugent’s Deadset, The Black Lillies, Yarn, The Movement, Alvin “Youngblood” Hart’s, Muscle Theory, The Hip Abduction, Big Something, The Marcus King Band.
Big name bluegrass acts such as: the Larry Keel Experience, Cornmeal, Girls, Guns & Glory, with a wide range of music featuring Spiritual Rez, The Woodshedders, The Trongone Band, Grand Ole Ditch, Megan Jean & The KFB.
The lineup features: Hillbilly Gypsies, Fletcher’s Grove, The Jakob’s Ferry Stragglers, Poor Taters, Ginada Pinata Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns, Hillbilly Carnival The Company Store, I-Vibes, Low Seam, The Kind Thieves, Rus Reppert, The Greg Harrison Band and Corey Hager.[/td_block_text_with_title]
