The Environmental Media Association’s 26th Annual EMA Awards will be held on October 22 in Burbank, California.

Each year the EMA Awards takes a closer look at the environmental film projects taking place within the entertainment industry.

“The earth is a special place and we should be doing everything we can to pass it on to generations to come as a habitable place where they can thrive.” – Moby

The award ceremony is crafted to help build awareness for environmental issues worldwide. This year the EMA Awards will be located on the Warner Bros. studios backlot during the evening hours.

One of the nominees in the feature film competition is How To Let Go of The World And Love all The Things Climate Can’t Change by Josh Fox. He is a smart and talented filmmaker. In addition, television projects and advertisements focused on enriching the environment.

Overall, I find that the EMA Awards does an excellent job of combining entertainment with environmentalism to help spread the word about the real world problems we all face in different parts of the globe.
