New Episodes Streaming on Friday Evenings with Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime Video has just launched The Grand Tour, and set new in house records for viewership.
Episode 1, Season 1 features the scorching sun in the California desert, plus three amazing hybrids and a stunning BMW. Episode two is from Johannesburg, and will be available this upcoming Friday on Amazon Prime.
The Grand Tour provides Amazon Prime Video the wheels to speed up their original content programming. The show is rated 4.9 out of 5 stars by more than 15,000 customers on Amazon, and currently has a score of 97% on Rotten Tomatoes.
With on-demand viewing, users can watch the content at anytime, and on multiple devices.

The first episode started the tour in Southern California. Jeremy, Richard and James brought their expansive studio tent to Dry Rabbit Lake.
Thousands of fans from across the U.S. travelled to the desert near Lucerne Valley, outside of Los Angeles for The Grand Tour‘s very own “Burning Van” festival which was part of the opener of the first ever episode.
Additional episodes will be released weekly each Friday over the next 11 weeks for Amazon Prime members in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Austria and Japan. The show will premiere worldwide for Amazon customers in over 200 countries and territories in December.
