Hour of Code has added an interactive coding program for younger people to learn to code with Moana, from the latest 3D computer-animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

The coding program works as a tutorial for people just learning how to code. Hour of Code also provides a Minecraft tutorial for a different mindset of learner. Computer science continues to be a growing field that requires a large amount of learning and acquiring information on different coding languages. These tutorials work well as an introduction to how coding works.

In addition to the Minecraft and Moana tutorials, Hour of Code offers dozens of activities to acquire new coding skills.

Two learning programs that caught my attention were the javascript lessons by Khan and Codecademy.
