The Tar Heels have Won 6 National Championships with their 2017 Win in Phoenix
NCAA college basketball continues to provide some of the most competitive matchups in sports today.
This past season, hundreds of universities around the country compete in regular season games. After a long season, 64 teams were selected to compete in March Madness 2017.
In the 2015-2016 season, the North Carolina Tar Heels made it to the National Championship game, but lost to Villanova 77-74. This year they fought their way back to the final matchup against Gonzaga, and was able to take home the win 71-65.
