"There is no real level to how many tunnels you can have." - Elon Musk
Elon Musk has conquered the Internet, outer space, and now has turned his attention to tunneling underground areas in densely populated areas.
Transportation is currently within a transitional period. Musk has been working with Tesla Motors to help decrease the amount of CO2 being pumped into the atmosphere.
In addition to Space X, Tesla Motors, and SolarCity, Musk is also working to help build clean and price effective transportation.
During the conversation Chris Anderson brings up Musk’s recent company, the Boring company.
Anderson: You have started a new company to do this, called the Boring Company, very nice, Very Funny.
Musk: What’s funny about that?
The crowd laughs, and Musk points out that only 2-3 percent of his time is being put into the Boring company. His humor and wit has several strange layers. It blended well with TED’s Head Curator, Chris Anderson. Musk hit another hilarious awkward moment when Anderson first asks about Tesla Motors.
- Musk points out that the Model 3 should start production in July.
