The Cord-Cutting Revolution Starts to Gain Momentum
Hulu and YouTube TV have been added to the ratings for Nielsen’s measurement covering television viewership.
This move by Nielsen showcases another step forward in providing transparency to trends within entertainment consumption on multiple mobile devices.
Nielsen’s Megan Clarken, President of Product Leadership at Nielsen reported:
“The inclusion of eligible TV viewership from Hulu and YouTube TV viewership in C3 and C7 through Digital in TV Ratings is a major accomplishment in delivering Nielsen Total Audience to the marketplace.” – Megan Clarken
