Look at Recreational Pot Similar to Alcohol

The drug known as marijuana is now available for recreational use in the state of California.

After Colorado and Washington started selling pot to adults in 2014 the state of California has now become their third state to follow the trend.

In some cases the use of marijuana is permissible, but it is still illegal to consume it in public and private areas in each of these states.

First, you cannot consume the drug in a moving vehicle. It is not smart to consume it in a parker vehicle either in case an accident would happen later.

Second, you cannot consume the drug in a large amount of hotels, houses or apartments.

Third, you cannot consume the drug if your employer has policy against the use of marijuana.

Finally, you can be fined for using the drug in public and private areas.

That being said, the sales of recreation pot in California will be in the billions. This will result in a large amount of money being taxed to help the state government.

Overall, the tax money brought in from recreation pot is a small fraction to the state budget in Colorado.

With this insight we can see that recreation pot does not solve the problem of balancing a state budget.

On a positive note, for those suffering from PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety and sleep disorders, the use of marijuana will help with some of these issues, but it will not cure the problem.

Marijuana is similar to alcohol in the way that is distracts the consumer from their problems, but does not solve them.
