Upgrade to 5G Internet Speed Later in 2018

Internet speed is on the rise across the country with 5G arriving by the end of the year.

One of the biggest benefits to providing 5G Internet speed is the ability for consumers to download 4K quality content in a fraction of the time in comparison to 4G.

To put 5G into context, I’ve personally used Internet speed that maxed out at 200 Mbps. This is moderately fast for most cities in the United States. PCMag.com has reported that Verizon’s 5G Internet speed will be at 4 Gbps. They also report that Verizon has pledged to deliver pre-5G to 11 cities by mid 2018.

AT&T and Verizon are in a race to offer the service first. Currently both companies are testing the new service. Watch over the YouTube videos below for more information.
