In addition to music, A Taste of Colorado hosted interactive art installations such as the roaming raptor dinosaur. The event holds the title for being the largest free-admission events in Colorado history.

The food selection was the largest I have ever seen in one setting. Food trucks served up BBQ, tacos, burgers, and plenty of food on a stick. The turkey legs looked delicious. If possible, I would allow the vendors to take cash or card to work around the ticket system. I understand it has probably been in progress for years though.

Over 30 live performances took place on four stages with the two main stages being located off of Colfax Ave.

The event shuts down parts of Denver and provides space for vendors and guests to interact. The three-day festival of food and music is perfect for friends and family to test taste local cuisine.
