- ½ cup cottage cheese (no-salt-added, if you can find it)
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 scoop (9.5 g) Naked Collagen Peptides
- ½ cup fresh raspberries (about 2 oz)
- ½ cup fresh blackberries (about 2½ oz)
- ⅓ cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey
To assemble your protein bowl, start by mixing the yogurt and cottage cheese together, then add in the collagen peptides and stir until everything is combined evenly. Top the protein base with your berries and granola, then drizzle with honey and serve. If you prefer different fruit, feel free to swap berries for something else.

- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, spoon the 3 inch-wide helping of the batter into the pan. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form and pop, leaving unfilled holes in the batter.
