This is the iconic 1990 Fleer #26 Michael Jordan card — often called his “second-year” or “follow-up” card after the legendary 1986 Fleer RC. It features Jordan in a classic mid-dunk pose (grabbing the rim with intensity, crowd and defenders in the background), on a black-bordered design with red/white/blue trim, Chicago Bulls logo sticker in the top-left corner, and the “FLEER ’90” logo bottom-right. The bottom banner has “MICHAEL JORDAN” in red with “GUARD” below. The back shows career stats through 1989-90, bio highlights (noting his 1989-90 scoring title, steals lead, 69-point game high, and All-Defensive First Team), and the classic “Air Jordan” description. No visible errors (e.g., no black line above bio text or other print anomalies noted in your images). This is the standard base version (no parallels or inserts in 1990 Fleer), one of the most heavily graded basketball cards ever due to its affordability, iconic photo, and MJ’s enduring popularity.Grading Analysis (Using Provided Images)

Reviewed all attached photos: full front, back (stats/bio visible), Bulls logo close-up (showing print detail and border), bottom-right edge/Fleer ’90 macro, top corner/rim/net detail, side edge with border trim, and additional perimeter shots. These provide excellent coverage of corners, edges, surface, and centering under decent lighting.

Crescent Vale Self-Graded Scores

Note: Out of 50 self-graded cards this is our first card with all subgrades of 10. Grok AI gave it all 9 subgrades. Please review the photos and video to determine your level of value.

This is our second time grading this card and the first card received a 9.5.

Centering: Perfect centering and have no idea how Grok AI gave it a 9.

Edges: No visible flaws and gave it a 10 subgrade.

Corners: Only one corner could be considered not extremely sharp. It was the lower right, but overall, it felt like a 10 to me. If anything, I could see the corner subgrade being a 9.5 in some people’s eyes, but I gave it a 10.

Surface: There was no visible flaws and it received a 10.

Crescent Vale Overall Self-Graded Score: 10 Gem Mint+

Grok AI Scores

Centering: Very strong — front photo is well-framed within the borders (approx. 50/50 to 55/45 left/right, no tilt). Back stats block and text are centered cleanly. No off-centering flags.

BGS Subgrade: 9–9.5 | PSA Equivalent: 9–10

Corners: Sharp in the provided macros (e.g., bottom-right and top corners show pointed tips with minimal/no visible rounding or heavy whitening). The white borders are clean, and the colored trim (blue/red) holds intact without chipping. 1990 Fleer stock is relatively thick but prone to subtle corner whitening or “feathering” under high magnification/raking light — your close-ups don’t show obvious issues, but this is a common downgrader for the set.

BGS Subgrade: 9 | PSA Equivalent: 9 (potential slight ding if micro-whitening present in-hand)

Edges: Clean and straight — side and bottom macros reveal smooth white borders with no denting, fraying, or major whitening. The blue/red trim lines are crisp without lifting or “color bleed.” Minor factory texture/normal edge roughness is visible but not excessive. Edges look solid overall.

BGS Subgrade: 9 | PSA Equivalent: 9

Surface: Gloss is intact with vibrant colors in the action photo (no major scratches, roller marks, or print defects visible). Black background shows no haze/stains, and the rim/net close-up is sharp. Back is clean (text crisp, no creases/writing). Fleer ’90 cards can have subtle print dots or gloss inconsistencies, but your shots appear smooth.

BGS Subgrade: 9 | PSA Equivalent: 9

Eye Appeal & Overall Presentation: Excellent — classic dunk pose, bold colors, and iconic design make this a high-eye-appeal example. No creases, stains, or print flaws detract.

Grok AI Overall Score: 9 Mint

Estimated Final Grade BGS: 9 Mint (subgrades likely 9/9/9/9 or slight corner variance to 8.5–9)

PSA: 9 Mint (strong candidate for 9; possible 8 if corners show subtle whitening under loupe, but images lean toward 9)
