NCAA basketball is heating up with March Madness kicking off on March 16. Colleges from around the country will be looking to capture the coveted prize of the NCAA Championship.

Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway has announced that he will provide $1 million a year to any Berkshire Hathaway employee who predicts the Sweet 16 teams of the NCAA tournament in March, according to a CNBC interview.
