The Colorado Rapids Won their Last Non-Conference Outing Against New England

On Saturday, March 10 the Colorado Rapids will go up against the New England Revolution at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

These two teams squared off to start the 2017 season with the Rapids winning 1-0 at DICK’s Sporting Goods Park. This upcoming Saturday they will be competing in New England, and that could pose issues for the Rapids.

In the past three games that these two teams have played against each other in New England, the Revolution have won all three times. That being said, the Rapids appear to have a healthier roster going into this matchup.

During 2017, the Rapids experienced a rocky road with finishing near the bottom of the western conference. With Anthony Hudson as the team’s new head coach, it will be interesting to see how this game turns out.

The Rapids and Gabby Carrier reported:

  • Overall: Colorado 20 wins, 67 goals | New England 15 wins, 59 goals | 9 ties
  • At New England: Colorado 6 wins, 28 goals | New England 11 wins, 40 goals | 5 ties
  • Last meeting at New England: Colorado 0, New England 2 (September 3, 2016)
