Son Volt, The Hip Abduction and Florida Folk Music at Et Cultura The Et Cultura returns for a second year with five days of music, film and tech in St. Petersburg from November 15-19. Talib Kweli, Cloud Nothings, Slowdive, Waxahatchee, and Son Volt are set to take the stage this year at the event. In addition to the national and international talent, Et Cultura will also feature music from the Florida music scene.
