Augmented Reality and the Mobile Web Combine with Google Lens

Google Lens made waves yesterday at Google I/O 2017. The application works by using visual recognition through the camera on a smartphone, and connecting it with data on the mobile Web.

The product will first be packaged within Google Photos, and the company will expand the application to other products in the upcoming future.
