The 4th North Coast Music Festival returns to downtown Chicago with hosts React Presents, Silver Wrapper, Cold Grums Productions, Kingtello and Metronome Chicago. The group of promoters are working with the House of Blues, The Mid, Concord Music Hall and several other music venues and vendors in downtown Chicago over Labor Day Weekend.
