The wait for new music from New York City’s finest is officially over. The Strokes have unveiled a massive global tour spanning North America, the U.K., Europe, and Japan. Kicking off this June and running through the fall, the tour follows the band’s recent electrifying appearance at Coachella and comes just ahead of their highly anticipated seventh studio album.

A New Chapter: Reality Awaits

Set for release on June 26 via Cult Records/RCA Records, Reality Awaits marks the band’s first new material since 2020’s Grammy-winning The New Abnormal.

The album was recorded in Costa Rica with legendary producer Rick Rubin and finished at various studios around the globe. Fans caught a first glimpse of the new era last week with the release of the lead single, “Going Shopping.”

Global Tour Dates & Locations

The upcoming trek sees the band returning to iconic stages and massive arenas. Highlights of the tour include:

Red Rocks Amphitheatre (Two-night residency)

The O2, London

RBC Amphitheatre, Toronto

Accor Arena, Paris

Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam

The Strokes won’t be traveling alone; they’ve tapped a diverse roster of talent for support on select dates, including Thundercat, Cage the Elephant, Hamilton Leithauser, Fat White Family, Alex Cameron, and ÖLÜM.

Before the headlining tour officially begins, the band is slated for a busy festival season with headline sets at Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, and Japan’s Summer Sonic 2026.
