Hulaween Returns to Suwannee Music Park

Hulaween 2014 rejuvenated over 8,000 guests at the Suwannee Music Park with performances by The String Cheese Incident, Big Gigantic, Thievery Corporation and many other top notch acts. Halloween weekend was transformed in Live Oak, Florida from 10/30-11/02. Produced by SilverWrapper and Purple Hat Productions. These two outlets provide an ideal living environment for a weekend of sun and music.

We take a ride with Tony Smith and his southeast crew. Josh Timmermans provides high definition photography from the monster weekend. Ghosts and souls rose up together to enjoy a long weekend of music and creative art. Darkness spread across the southeast, as chills ran up and down the spines of the living guests in Live Oak.

We spoke with Keith Moseley, bassist for The String Cheese Incident, before the event with some foreshadowing on the band’s set. Following the event we gathered insight from a recent interview with Keller Williams on his bluegrass surprise set.

The stages were setup to easily allow guests to flow from one act to another. Fall weather made the nights chilly, but the atmosphere during the day ideal for dancing and making memories. This year provided additional layers for the event. It continues to grow and expand with each year. Pop on your favorite artist, and stream through our recap.

Tour through each day of highlights, frights and beautiful ghoulish faces fighting to stay alive. For no mortal can resist, the evil of the thriller.
