Pharrell Williams released the official music video, and download for ‘Freedom’ on July 22.  Pharrell liberates listeners with his latest piece of art. ‘Freedom’ unites cultures and gives the Summer of 2015 a new lead song to the soundtrack.

Despite the iTunes reviews, I feel that this song is one of Pharrell’s strongest pieces of work. He is taking the power of his voice and possibly applying it to the civil rights repression that is taking place around the world.

Paul Hunter captures that struggle and the inner fight that different cultures go through to get by in life. Williams combines the power of cinematography with his music to create a moving piece of work.
