Sheryl Crow, Grace Potter, Willie Nelson, and The Roots perform at the first American Roots Festival

American Roots Festival, Blackbird Production Partners and Live Nation have teamed up to create a live music experience that works together with The Taste of Raleigh Food & Brews Celebration. 

The combination of culinary and musical creative energy is set to take stage in Raleigh October 17 & 18 at the Walnut Creek Amphitheater

Pre-sale tickets went on sale today at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be able to grab passes for prices ranging from $113 to $294 for two days per person. Tickets are currently available for the front sections, as well as lawn seats to pick up. The lineup features seven acts per day right now, and there is more acts to be announced.

The 2015 lineup features: Eric Church, headlines two days of an extraordinary line-up of artists including Modest Mouse, Sheryl Crow, The Roots, Willie Nelson, Warren Haynes, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Grace Potter, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Chris Stapleton, Railroad Earth, Leftover Salmon, and Greensky Bluegrass.

This festival will feature Warren Haynes in his natural environment. He hosts a winter jam in North Carolina each year, and this festival works with some of the roots from those events. The potential interaction and collaboration on stage is set for rock n’ roll heavy hitters to showcase their work live on stage.
