Carli Lloyd Cleans Up to Score Big Against France
The Rio Olympics have been heating up with intense competition within women’s soccer. The international desire to take home gold is shown across the Rio 2016 games.
Yesterday, the US women’s soccer team beat France 1-0. Carli Lloyd, 2015 World Cup Champion and 2x Olympic Gold Medalist, scored the game winning goal in the game against France.
The US team will go against Colombia on August 9 at 5:00 p.m.
