A recent report by Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana shows a trend that focuses on how automative jobs may be increasing the unemployment rate.

Currently, I live in Southern Illinois and found similarities between their data and trends that is also taking place in my area.

The YouTube video below by the vlogbrothers does an excellent job of breaking down employment data for the United States.

Let me start with two facts about the largest employers in the United States:

1. The U.S. Department of Defense has been named the largest employer in the world with 3.2 million.
2. Wal-Mart is the largest company from the United States with close to 2.3 million workers. (They pay close to $13 an hour for full-time employees and $10 for part-time.)

One of the major problems that I see with job growth in my area is that in past generations the government had more money for grants and revenue readily available to subsidize costs for smaller companies.

In 2015, the almost 30 percent of our tax dollars went to funding multiple international wars, and have left many Americans behind. In a sad twist of reality, the United Kingdom created the United States to be their strong arm for military. For residents in the United States that do not follow the chain of commend to fight wars on behave of rich politicians; they will have to have already come for wealthy families on coastal regions to help support their healthcare costs. It is clear that Wal-Mart does not provide adequate income to obtain proper healthcare.

Sadly, many Americans continue to support wars and the military operations over their own personal health. The last presidential election shows that major media corporations brainwashed many Americans into voting for a candidate that wants to cut millions of people out of their current healthcare plan, and provide tax cuts to the rich.

The solution, Americans will have to start fighting for their intellectual freedom away from major media companies. This will help Americans see that the tax system in Canada supports their residents, instead of fighting unnecessary wars. Why doesn’t Canada invest their taxable resources into military projects like the United States? The answer, they don’t have as many corrupt politicians using large amounts of money to pay off major media companies to brainwash their people into believing that low taxes is best overall.

Why do Americans feel that lower taxes is helping after years of stalled growth?

The answer, a lot of brainwashing and propaganda produced by the federal government.

The solution, look at the trends in the YouTube video. It will show a financial rebound when Obama was in office, and started to increase taxes as much as possible to help pay for healthcare. Luckily, the current president has not been able to reform the tax system yet. He is doing his best to cut millions of people out of healthcare, and provide a tax breaks for the rich, but he is failing with help from protests and online data. The ruling class no longer has power. Many of Americans see the flawed method in keeping taxes low, and have been protesting for equal rights. It is interesting that I rarely see protests with millions of Americans calling for higher taxes. I’ve seen people protest for equal rights, but not the method in which that can be accomplished.

Unemployment Rate

If you want to sign up for the military, first you have to be under 30 years of age. So, our biggest source of revenue from taxes in only available to those that sign up to fight unnecessary international wars.

If you are over the age of 35, and lack education or work experience, some of the few options is to work in retail, fast food, or the service industry. Most these jobs do not pay enough to support their employees for healthcare.

In connection with the report by Ball State University, most of these low-paying jobs are becoming more automated overall.

To average the unemployment rate in Southern Illinois, I took the top twelve cities, and averaged out their rate of unemployment. Feel free to Google search your cities unemployment rate and compare it to the national average.

The rate in the southern section of Illinois shows how the Midwest is doing in comparison to the national average.

With the trend in automating jobs, that leaves many Americans possibly out of work in the upcoming years.

The solution, start voting for politicians that want to decrease military spending and increase taxes to support the +320 million residents in the United States.

Americans are going to also need to start building companies that can ship items overseas to developing countries. The future business leaders will have to start thinking on a more international level to provide goods and services to worldwide audiences.

Just today, I tweeted to The Rock asking him not to run for president if he does not plan to decrease military spending and increase taxes. One of the reasons I fear he might run is his ability to run as either a democrat or republican. If a big name celebrity runs as a democrat they might win the primary, and lose the overall election to the current president. Our country is already at risk of taking away healthcare for millions of Americans. We cannot stand by and allow another Election 2016 to happen ever again.

Building New Jobs with Grants Provided by the Federal Government

When the government has more money to spend of grants for small businesses, the higher the chance the jobs will be created in comparison to the failed ideology of the trickle down system.

It is clear that a majority of the wealth is going to the top 1 percent, and staying there. It is time for America to break away from the consent brainwashing by major media corporations, and start demanding tax reform that will aid small businesses and not the top 1 percent. In addition to voting in presidential elections, we also have to vote for politicians that have supported tax increases on the rich in the past, and help them gain spots in the Senate and House of Representatives to ensure tax reform can be achieved and not prevented.
