Washington Metaphorically Combines Harmony With Experimental Jazz
Kamasi Washington is set to release Harmony Of Difference on September 29 via Young Turks.
His music takes a bold step into experimental jazz and balances that with beautiful harmonies. Washington has made serious progress as an artist in the studio, as well as a live performer.
Washington’s management shared his perspective on the upcoming album:
“My hope is that witnessing the beautiful harmony created by merging different musical melodies will help people realize the beauty in our own differences.” – Kamasi Washington
