How Hacking and Reprogramming Is the Next Step to the Technological Revolution

Byron Mallett has elevated the user experience for Ableton and the Oculus Rift headset by hacking into the controls and programming to the software, and added functionality to provide a virtual reality experience for users.

Ableton found Mallett in New Zealand and interviewed him on his latest developments.

The hardware with the Oculus Rift has opened up a large amount of possibilities for virtual reality.
