The Harlem/Havana Music & Cultural Festival will officially kickoff with New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio on August 3 at American Museum of Natural History for their historic exhibit, ¡Cuba!. That event is being showcased within the Jazz at Lincoln Center on the occasion of the organization’s 30th anniversary. “At such a critical time in our nation’s history when protections for immigrants from around the world are under fire, the value of expanding on and opening cultural exchanges, and the strength that results from diversity cannot be overstated.” - Lloyd Williams, President of The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce Watch
