Lydia Loveless, singer and songwriter, originally from Columbus, Ohio, has recently released Real on Bloodshot Records. This fall Lydia Loveless and her live band will hit the road for +40 concerts featuring Tommy Stinson and Drive-By Truckers. The band is comprised with Lydia Loveless on guitar and lead vocals, Todd May on guitar, vocals, Ben Lamb performs bass, Jay Gasper plays pedal steel, Andy Harrison on guitar and keys, along with George Hondroulis on drums. Big Gigantic is prepping for a new album titled Brighter Future set for release on August 26. The album explores a variety of vocalists to layer with the big beats from the Denver duo. This project takes listeners on a nationwide trip with a stops in Dallas, Atlanta, Boston, Memphis and a special performance with the Motet at Hulaween in Florida. Rowdytown V is set for September 23 and 24 at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside of Denver. This hometown show is always a memorable weekend of live music. Friday tickets are still available.
