Anita Baker Set to Perform at Jazz Fest 2018 The 49th Annual New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival lineup is going to be released on Tuesday, January 23. Jazz Fest will take place on two separate weekends April 27-29 and May 3-6. The event grounds is located at the Fair Grounds Race Course on Gentilly Boulevard.
