New Orleans is a boilerplate for live entertainment with Mardi Gras taking place, followed by Jazz Fest, and tucked in between the two weeks of Jazz Fest, culinary and music advocates can try out the NOLA Crawfish Festival on May 1-3. This year, the NOLA Crawfish Festival will take place at Central City BBQ on 1201 S Rampart Street in downtown New Orleans.
