Overall, the agreement calls for continued regulation over carbon emissions, and additional reform objectives in 2020. Recently, President Barack Obama voted against the Keystone Pipeline, and continues to show his position on climate change with support for the end of fossil fuel production within his COP21 proposal. Environmentalists could argue that his regulations
