Clowns, pirates, and robbers, oh my! STS9 impressed fans at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that took place the day before All Hallows’ Eve for an incredible Halloween pre-party.

Following the opening act, Jaw Gems, STS9 didn’t waste any time on getting the crowd engaged, and they performed an inspiring mix of new and old favorites throughout the evening. Bass player, Alana Rocklin, percussionist Jeffrey Lerner, keyboardist David Phipps, drummer Zach Velmer, and keyboardist/guitarist Hunter Brown displayed an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm throughout their act.

It was clear to see that the band was aimed to please, heading off their show with the tune “March”, and following up with several more crowd-pleasers, which included “Move My Peeps” and “Tap-In.”

The passionate crowd of elaborate Halloween costumes was clapping furiously and couldn’t contain their excitement. At the start of Set 2, STS9 opened with “Totem,” soon followed by “Inspire Strikes Back,” which could not have been more appropriate for a night like Mischief Night.

Overall, STS9 did an inconceivable job at getting attendees amped up for Halloween weekend, and the sound produced by the members of STS9, along with their outstanding visual production, created a sophisticated audio/visual performance that goes unmatched by any other.
