The String Cheese Incident, one of the most transformative rock groups of this generation is hosting their third annual Hulaween music festival as Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida.

The Thursday Pre-Party is taking place today, as guests travel to north central Florida for four days of camping, music and Halloween fun.

Suwannee Music Park has been opened this week for camping as some of my colleagues have been setting up for the event this weekend. Rex T., former mayor of Moe.Down 2014 and professional photographer, has noted that the fire ants in Florida can be a problem. I also suggest planning on getting around them during the festival. (If possible do not camp nearby or disturb the fire ant mounds. Roping off areas is a smart way to avoid them.)

As you drive to the festival, be smart and careful on the road.

Once you arrive to the festival grounds, there should be a smaller line to get in on Thursday, and the peak time for entry will most likely be 3-7 p.m. on Friday.

Music on Thursday ar Hulaween includes: Leisure Chief, Herd of Watts, EOTO, Dumpstaphunk, and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead.

The gates are currently opened, and guests are filling the festival grounds. Drive safe, dress warm and dance like nobody is watching.
