Hulaween hosts a Wide Range of Live Acts including: Run The Jewels, Portugal. The Man, Kamasi Washington and Greensky Bluegrass
The festival decided to have SiriusXM Jam On to make the first round of announcements at 11:00 a.m. EST/10:00 a.m. CST.
Hulaween 2017 lineup includes:
The String Cheese Incident will perform three days of live music featuring a mix of electronic bluegrass from Colorado. After creating Hulaween as a single day event at the Hampton Coliseum, SCI has connected with the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park to provide an annual getaway for Halloween weekend.
Bassnectar will make his Suwannee Hulaween debut in 2017. His intense form of EDM is polarizing on several levels. There is a diehard group of EDM fans that enjoy his high energy, but there is also music fans, like myself, that demand analog instrumentation on stage.
Ween will also be making their Hulaween debut with ’90s alternative rock. The band has been touring heavily for the past two years, and have been looking to reclaim their top spot within the music industry.
GRiZ is returning to Hulaween in grand fashion. After his release of Good Will Prevail in 2016, GRiZ is going to be one of the most anticipated sets of the weekend.
Run The Jewels produces a raw and aggressive form of hiphop. They have stole the show at SXSW, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and now the duo aims to takeover Hulaween this upcoming October 26-29. The hiphop duo compiles the sound and grit from New York and Atlanta, and combines it for above par performances.
Nick Murphy (Chet Faker) is currently stationed out of Melbourne, Australia. He produces electronic dance music that is similar and within the same vein as the Australian EDM producer Flume. Watch ‘Gold‘ on YouTube.
RL Grime hails from the streets of Los Angeles. His electronic music crosses over with hiphop. Recently, RL Grime released a track titled ‘Stay For It‘ with Miguel.
Portugal. The Man will be bringing their latest album Woodstock to Live Oak for an amazing live set. They are currently on an international tour, and will be one of the top performances of the weekend. The northwest powerhouse creates a high energy rock show that crosses over with jam, pop and experimental music fans.
Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats had a breakthrough year in 2016. They released a self-titled album in 2015, and A Little Something More From in 2016. Their soulful rock helps cleanse the mind, body and soul. Kickoff the Suwannee Hulaween lineup launch with ‘I Need Never Get Old’ on YouTube.
The Disco Biscuits are set to bust out their jam rock for music guests at one of the biggest events on Halloween weekend. This northeast jamband works year after year to provide top tier live sets worldwide.
