Suwannee Hulaween has announced their 2017 lineup. The String Cheese Incident will once again return to Live Oak, Florida to host the 5th annual Suwannee Hulaween music festival on October 26-29. The festival decided to have SiriusXM Jam On to make the first round of announcements at 11:00 a.m. EST/10:00 a.m. CST. Suwannee Hulaween 2016 held their fourth annual music festival in Live Oak, Florida on October 27-30. Silver Wrapper, Suwannee Music Park, Purple Hat Productions and The String Cheese Incident brought in My Morning Jacket, Disclosure and Big Gigantic to help headline the four day camping music festival. Tony Smith, writer for Crescent Vale, has covered the event in 2014, 2015 and again this year in 2016. The day started off hotter in comparison to the other three days with less clouds and more sunlight. We were lucky to have an overcast for most of the weekend. Overall the weather was spectacular. My day kicked off with bluegrass from The Travelin' McCourys. The lineup to the band looked like it might have changed since the last time I had seen them in 2012.

Suwannee Hulaween officially opened the festival gates to guests with three days passes. On Friday the festival hosted live entertainment featuring: Karl Denson, Gramatik, The String Cheese Incident, Future Rock and many more talented musicians. It marked my first time covering the event with Tony. Hulaween 2016 Hosts the Most Wicked Pre-Party in Camping Music Festival History
4 stages, 24 total acts, including EOTO, Marco Benevento, a late night Greensky Bluegrass show, and 2 sets of Umphrey’s McGee. That’s what you call a Pre-Party at Suwannee Hulaween! Needless to say the bar was set high early in the weekend. Marco Benevento was the first of many to funk up the Amphitheater stage during the extra warm afternoon. EOTO & Friends As always EOTO helped get this party going on Thursday, but taking the stage somewhat earlier than last year and being joined by Umphrey’s McGee’s guitarist Jake Cinniger and Break Science’s Borahm Lee.
Three Intriguing Acts at Suwannee Hulaween 2016
This year marks the fourth annual Suwannee Hulaween music festival held in Live Oak, Florida. Each year the festival hosts a wide range of music for guests to engage with during 3-4 days of camping and recreation. Recently, we published an in-depth article covering some of the data behind the 105 musical acts set to perform at Suwannee Hulaween. Early arrival is currently open for guests wanting to get setup before the entertainment hits on Thursday. Suwannee Hulaween 2016 Custom Schedule Released
Suwannee Hulaween 2016 has just released a custom schedule for guests to map out their four days at Suwannee Music Park. The festival is set to host thousands of concert goers with The String Cheese Incident, Disclosure and My Morning Jacket headlining the event. Hulaween will be hosting three primary stages on Thursday, along with five stages Friday-Sunday, and two disco stages overall. Umphrey's McGee will be performing three total sets during the weekend. Suwannee Hulaween Silent Disco Lineup & Artists at Large
Suwannee Hulaween 2016 has recently announced their Silent Disco lineup, as well as Roosevelt Collier and Jennifer Hartswick being the artists at large. The festival also announced recently their Snapchat handle at: @HulweenFL. Users that have Snapchat can engage with the content released on that platform. Jennifer Hartswick is a strong working musician with a drive to collaborate with artists live on stage. Her creative flow at music festivals generates a fluid structure to live performances. Big Gigantic is currently selling out Red Rocks Amphitheatre this weekend, and will be taking the Rowdytown energy to Suwannee Hulaween at the end of October.
