Festival organizers within the United States Lollapalooza headquarters have just announced the 2018 lineup. This year they have Bruno Mars, Jack White, and The Weeknd headlining the four-day event in Chicago, Illinois.
Lollapalooza is an international music festival mecca with events taking place in South American and Europe. They have been holding an annual festival in Chicago since 2005.
This year the Chicago-based festival is hosting a wide selection of acts on multiple stages. Performing acts include:
St. Vincent, ODESZA, Portugal. The Man, LL Cool J, Arctic Monkeys, Camila Cabello, Logic, Franz Ferdinand, Post Malone, Khalid, Tyler, The Creator, Dillon Francis, Lil Uzi Vert, Brockhampton, Greta Van Fleet, BROCKHAMPTON, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Daniel Caesar, and Illenium.
In past years, the tickets for the event have sold out in hours, but they are still currently on sale as of 10:39 a.m. CST on Wednesday, March 21 via the festival’s main website. The festival organizers have noted that they plan to sell one day tickets unless the sell out of four day passes first.
As an international event, the festival plans to stream the live entertainment with Red Bull TV.
‘Fans worldwide who can’t make it to Grant Park can watch The Official 2018 Lollapalooza Live Broadcast on Red Bull TV, which is distributed digitally for free on the web at Redbull.tv, connected TVs, smartphones and tablets as well as Lollapalooza.com.’
