Shaky Beats Returns to Atlanta with The Chainsmokers, GRiZ and Gramatik
The Shaky Beats Music Festival will be held at Centennial Olympic Park on May 5-7, 2017. The venue is located just outside of Atlanta, and will host The Chainsmokers, Kaskade, Griz, Flosstradamus and over 40 live acts on three stages. Additional acts include: RL Grime, Gramatik, Girl Talk, Claude VonStroke, Snails, Lost Kings, Haywyre, Ganja White Night, and many other electric musical acts. This music festival will focus on electric music, and provide nearby hotels, but no camping will be available. The festival does offer world class entertainment in the heart of Atlanta. Run the Jewels recently dropped RTJ3 online with physical copies hitting stores on January 13. Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers North American Tour featuring Joe Walsh & Chris Stapleton
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are hitting the road in 2017 to celebrate their 40th Anniversary Tour with a kickoff show in Oklahoma on 4/20/2016. Joe Walsh will join The Heartbreakers on the road for several of the dates. In addition, Chris Stapleton will also appear as a special guest at Chicago’s Wrigley Field, and for two nights at the Marcus Amphitheater at Milwaukee’s Summerfest. Tickets for all of the newly announced shows, except for two concerts at New York City’s Forest Hills Stadium, will go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 16 at 10 a.m. local time.

The comedian, actor and film producer has always been a natural on the stage with a microphone in his hand. His ability to tap into the raw emotion from a crowd is unique. Run the Jewels have been working hard on their latest album RTJ3, and recently released a new track online, as well as the release date. RTJ3 is currently available to pre-order, as well as available in stores on January 13, 2017. Sweetwater 420 Fest Announces Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio Band as Headliners
The Sweetwater 420 Fest 2017 lineup continues to build with headlining performances featuring Widespread Panic and the Trey Anastasio Band. Sweetwater 420 Fest will be held at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park April 21-23, 2017. Additional acts that have been confirmed include: Ween, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, Trombone Shorty and the Orleans Avenue, and Dark Star Orchestra. Lotus, an electronic rock group, has recently announced new winter tour dates for 2017. The band continues to tour year round, year after year. To cap off 2016 the band is going travel to New York to perform two nights at the Playstation Theater. After those concerts, Lotus is set to roll into Pittsburgh and Philadelphia for their New Year's Eve run.
