Jon Favreau and Scarlett Johansson Announced to Speak at Tribeca Talks 2017
The Tribeca Film Festival recently announced the lineup of speakers to share insight on stage with the Tribeca Talks series. This year the festival will host directors: Jon Favreau in conversation with Scarlett Johansson. Noah Baumbach will speak with Dustin Hoffman, and renown Alejandro González Iñárritu is set to share his brilliance in New York this upcoming April. Industry leaders in film, television, music, technology, and sports relate their craft via interviews and short discussions. Tribeca Talks also features a section known as Storytellers. Barbra Streisand and Alejandro González Iñárritu Set to Speak at Tribeca Talks in New York
Tribeca Film Festival announced today that Barbra Streisand and Alejandro González Iñárritu will be speaking live during Tribeca Talks taking place April 19-30 in New York City. Additionally, the festival has noted that they will be hosting Kathryn Bigelow and Imraan Ismail’s virtual reality documentary short The Protectors: Walk in the Ranger’s Shoes. This VR project puts the viewer in the shoes of African rangers protecting elephants from ivory poachers. “These three creative forces – Alejandro, Barbra, Kathryn –are true auteurs.
