Sturgill Simpson, Alabama Shakes, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats Set to Perform Farm Aid 2016 returns to Bristow, Virginia to help bring awareness for local farming, supporting sustainable agriculture, and providing a stage for musicians to share their music on September 17. The festival lineup features: Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews — with Tim Reynolds. Additionally, Sturgill Simpson, Alabama Shakes, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Jamey Johnson, Margo Price, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Carlene Carter and Insects vs Robots are scheduled to perform. The site is located just outside of Washington, D.C.
