The Weather Channel is reporting sunny skies in Tucson, Arizona this upcoming weekend, February 2-5 for the Gem and Jam Festival. The camping music festival will host international musicians, workshops and also run in connection with the dates for the world-renown Tucson Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase.
