Montecito, California is the area that has been hit the hardest by the recent storms. Residents are still trying to piece together their lives, while over a dozen people are still missing. Cyclone Debbie is currently a category three storm that is expected to hit Australia on Tuesday as a category four storm. The severe storm is expected to have winds of 140-185 mph.
