Snoop Dogg and Weezer Draws 30,000 Guests for LouFest 2017 in St. Louis
LouFest Music Festival hosted over 60,000 attendees for their eighth year in St. Louis on September 9 and 10. This year they relocated to a new section of Forest Park to nearby The Muny Theater. The festival hosted local talented, national acts, and international bands on three stages. In 2017, the event sold over 30 percent of tickets to attendees outside a 100 mile radius of St. Louis. A lot of sunshine is on tap this weekend in St. Louis for the 2017 LouFest Music Festival. The festival has made a slight shift to the location with the stage area now being stationed away Central Fields, and moved to the Upper Muny Grounds. I am looking forward to celebrating LouFest once again this year in Forest Park, but in a new section of downtown St. Louis. Weezer, Cage the Elephant, and 28 Additional Live acts announced for LouFest 2017
LouFest 2017 has released their lineup featuring Weezer, Cage the Elephant, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, as well as more acts being announced on May 30. The festival will be held in Forest Park, within St. Louis this upcoming September 9-10. Once the lineup is complete, over 30 acts will be hosting one of the biggest and best parties in the heart of St. Louis. Additional acts include: Huey Lewis and the News, Marian Hill, Lizzo, Houndmouth, Lecrae, Robert Randolph & the Family Band plus many more talented musicians. LouFest 2016 Releases Daily Schedule
Ms. Lauryn Hill to Showcase in Forest Park LouFest 2016 has just announced their schedule. The festival will be taking place in downtown St. Louis with LCD Soundsystem, Chris Stapleton, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Big Gigantic and additional artists. LouFest is now celebrating their 7th year. The festival has over 30 national acts set to perform on 4 stages. There will be the Market Square showcasing local artists, and the Nosh Pit celebrating the Lou's culinary excellence.
