The Film's Cast Includes: Emilio Estevez, Alec Baldwin, Christian Slater When a winter storm hits downtown Cincinnati, Ohio the homeless community joins together to occupy a public library. The film is a dramatic look at what happens when climate change directly effects human life. After watching the trailer, I feel that this film has potential to be one of the best films to be produced in 2018, as well as one of the best films produced this decade.
