SXSW 2017 has been announcing additional speakers and performers to the event coming up this March 10-19 in downtown Austin, Texas. One of the biggest recent announcements include: Joseph R. Biden, Jr., the 47th Vice President of the United States, will speak on Sunday, March 12 at 3:30 p.m. at the Austin Convention Center. North Coast Swarms Chicago DVBBS Chicago - The Fourth Annual North Coast Music Festival swarmed Union Park and a collection of downtown venues Aug. 30 through September 1. The event pushed on through difficult weather on Friday, and celebrated summer’s last stand on Sunday in sunny conditions.
