Th Fourth Annual Hangout Music Festival Ian, a staff member for the 4th Annual Music Festival welcomed me to the Gulf Coast when we arrived on Wednesday, May 15. He informed he that he was working on stage construction with 2,000-2,500 other individuals for exclusive event. Future Rock Music started off with Future Rock on Thursday.
