Amazon, a Seattle-based technology company, announced today that they will be hosting the Alexa Prize Competition. This annual competition will take place on a college level at universities, and will focus on developing and managing code that will benefit the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Amazon Launches Their Largest Wind Farm in West Texas
Amazon has announced plans to open their largest wind farm in Scurry County, Texas. This progressive step forward mirrors the companies ability to adapt, and react to the demands of an evolving world. Amazon plans the Texas Wind Farm will generate 1,000,000 megawatt hours (MWh) of wind energy annually. That clean energy would help power 90,000 homes.
