Over 21,000 people flocked to North Florida’s Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park over Halloween weekend to celebrate Hulaween. Showing up fashionably late to a party is never a bad idea; unless EOTO, Dumpstaphunk, & Joe Russo’s Almost Dead is playing the pre-party.
